For those who think that I'm wasting away in Batu Pahat, no, I'm not! I'm very much alive! and I just finished running (well...walk actually) a full marathon in Singapore!

My time? hehe...paiseh...it's around 6 hours...i know, it's kinda nothing to shout about and i got all my laziness to blame, hehe. Never again! I'll not go to another marathon without proper training!

Food for thought:

Eighty-five times he's pushed his disabled son, Rick, 26.2 miles in Marathons. Eight times he's not only pushed him 26.2 miles in a Wheelchair but also towed him 2.4 miles in a dinghy while swimming and Pedaled him 112 miles in a seat on the handlebars--all in the same day.

Their best Time? Two hours, 40 minutes in 1992 (man, that make my marathon kinda sounds like a big joke) --only 35 minutes off the world Record, which, in case you don't keep track of these things, happens to Be held by a guy who was not pushing another man in a wheelchair at the Time.

Boring life in Bintulu

I joined the trip to Bakun two weeks ago. After deducting RM20 (office club fund) from my salary, my firm only afford to bring us to visit Bakun Dam (haha...). The trip was quite dull as my "sifu" in office, Biby and Rachel did not join the trip.

When the others were busy bombarding the Project Manager, Mr. Keith, with questions, we were busy posing behind them.

Well, according to Mr. Keith, the Bakun Dam is the second highest dam in the world after Shibuya Dam in China. But I only know spillway, turbines and power house after 30 minutes of talk.
Model of the Bakun dam

the spillway, the only structure that i can recognize.

hai, forget about the trip...

Since there's no tuition class in the school holiday, I always kill my time by watching tv at night.

Someone is trapped in the Batu Pahat, so I've no date for almost 4 months already! Someone was thinking to fly back in Christmas a couple of days ago, but the the flight tickets are too expensive. I think he rather spend the money on her new girl friend, named Macbook, instead of flying back to Bintulu (Don't worry, I'm not jealous of her. How about changing a new alarm for her? hehe.....)

Even though I've got my driving license for almost six years, my parents still ban me from driving at night. Since I'm the only who cannot afford to own a car, I have to ask for the car start from my eldest brother to my little brother every times before I go out.

"Ah Long ah Ah Long, tomorrow you go out with "Cheng Cheng Cheng Cheng" (his girl fren's nickname that given by my elder brother) or not?"

"Er Sao ah Er Sao (sister in law in chinese), tomorrow we go shopping, okay or not?" (my elder brother has surrendered in the Family World War, so now my sister in law is the one whom I should talk to.)

"Ah Di ah Ah Di, are you working this Sunday? May I borrow your Little White Kancil? I need to go to church o? can or not? If you wanna go out play Dota, you follow cousin's car la ah.."

Finally...

"Aiya, Dan ah Dan, when are you coming back to fetch me leh?"(but please, don't speed at 130km/h, okay? Too FAST DE!!)
